perfect

A photo taken in Taize last summer
recolored with Coffeeshop action and then I added S.Cummings background paper and perfect wordart

'Again and again I've taken quick glances and then for some reason ... it's opened up like one of those Japanese flowers that you put into water and something you thought wasn't worth more than a casual, reaspectful glance begins to open up depth after depth of meaning'

The Lord God is my Strength, my personal bravery, and my invincible army; He makes my feet like hinds' feet and will make me to walk [not to stand still in terror, but to walk] and make [spiritual] progress upon my high places [of trouble, suffering, or responsibility]!

a song a day - Rise Up by Ben Lee

Whats in your heart
Whats in your head
Its one of the other these days
The quick or the dead
Sometimes we gotta fight
So don't you complain
Cause I never promised this
Would be easy babe

You and me are gonna rise up
and they will be surprised, yep

And every things weird
But soon they'll be gone
Cause are whispered words
are louder then bombs
so don't you lose faith
say its no fun
cause we've come to far to stop
before we're done

You and me are gonna rise up
and they will be surprised, yep
You and me are gonna rise up
and they will be surprised, yep
(They will be)

Sometimes we get lost
But soon we'll be found
This is far to important
To turn back now

You and me are gonna rise up
and they will be surprised, yep

i'm all over Grey's Anatomy again

a video clip from my definitely most fave drama - Grey's Anatomy (Chirurdzy) - i've been watching season 4 and 5 in the last few days (still a few episodes to see) and can't get enough of that - great music, great dilemmas, great plot, great dialogues - love especially the beginnings and opening of each episode ... so if you haven't seen that - go and see ...

greatness to live out

1-10Companions as we are in this work with you, we beg you, please don't squander one bit of this marvelous life God has given us. God reminds us,
I heard your call in the nick of time;
The day you needed me, I was there to help.
Well, now is the right time to listen, the day to be helped. Don't put it off; don't frustrate God's work by showing up late, throwing a question mark over everything we're doing. Our work as God's servants gets validated—or not—in the details. People are watching us as we stay at our post, alertly, unswervingly . . . in hard times, tough times, bad times; when we're beaten up, jailed, and mobbed; working hard, working late, working without eating; with pure heart, clear head, steady hand; in gentleness, holiness, and honest love; when we're telling the truth, and when God's showing his power; when we're doing our best setting things right; when we're praised, and when we're blamed; slandered, and honored; true to our word, though distrusted; ignored by the world, but recognized by God; terrifically alive, though rumored to be dead; beaten within an inch of our lives, but refusing to die; immersed in tears, yet always filled with deep joy; living on handouts, yet enriching many; having nothing, having it all.

11-13Dear, dear Corinthians, I can't tell you how much I long for you to enter this wide-open, spacious life. We didn't fence you in. The smallness you feel comes from within you. Your lives aren't small, but you're living them in a small way. I'm speaking as plainly as I can and with great affection. Open up your lives. Live openly and expansively!

/2 Corinthians 6: 1-13/ Message
